In order to keep administration simple, all fees are paid by standing order in equal monthly amounts, in advance.

We charge by the hour, with the under two’s paying a slightly higher fee of £4.40 per hour. The month after your child’s second birthday the fee will go back in line with the rest of the nursery which is currently £4.10 per hour

The term after your child turns three, your child is then entitled to the free government hours, and we will then start billing monthly. The funding is claimed by the care provider once every school term and covers 15 hours per week.

Conkers is open from 8am to 6pm, 52 weeks of the year but closed on bank holidays and at weekends.

We try to be flexible to accommodate the times that you would like your children to be with us. We ask you to book regular sessions for your child (ie: every Monday from 9 to 1) although additional hours will be accommodated where possible.

The 15 hours are divided over 5 days and the free sessions run from 9 am - 12 noon 1 pm to 4 pm, term time only (38 weeks of the year). we deduct the funded hours from your weekly hours and then charge for the wrap around hours and meals, as this is set over 38 weeks (school term time) some months will be more than others. Please be aware that the funding does not include any meals.

A variety of childcare vouchers are accepted by Conker’s and may be used in payment of fees.

There is a small charge of 50p for each Breakfast and tea and £2.00 for lunch
